A local teacher who comes to you
Juliet has taught English on LA's Westside since 1996, when she started at Berlitz in Santa Monica. She knows the neighborhoods and the everyday situations her students need English for, from the farmers market to a parent-teacher conference.
In-person lessons happen wherever you're most comfortable: your living room, your office, or Juliet's home. When you get in touch, you'll agree on the place and time together.

Anywhere within about 30 minutes of Santa Monica, traffic included. That covers Santa Monica, Venice, Marina del Rey, Playa del Rey, Playa Vista, Mar Vista, Culver City, Palms, Westchester, Brentwood, West LA, Westwood and Pacific Palisades.
How much are lessons at my home?
Private English lessons at your home or office are $60 per hour, which covers Juliet's travel. They are $50 per hour online or at Juliet's home. Test prep is $50 to $70 per hour depending on the test, and Business English is $70 per hour.
Can I come to you instead?
Yes. Lessons can also take place at Juliet's home. You'll arrange the details when you book.
Do you tutor kids at home?
Yes. Juliet teaches children and teens as well as adults, including kids who need extra help with English for school.
